Caroline Daniels

Caroline Daniels is widely acknowledged
by the aircraft industry as a pioneer of modern aircraft maintenance
information systems. As one of three founders of Aircraft Technical
Publishers (ATP), Ms. Daniels has played key leadership roles since
the company started in 1973. Ms. Daniels successfully led ATP
through three decades of technology innovation with a focus on
development, strategy and product innovation.
As the first operations leader, Ms. Daniels created and implemented the
ATP “single source” aircraft concept, developing cornerstone database
and computing applications for ATP. In the following years she was
central in establishing source affiliations which fueled the growth
of ATP product offerings. Ms. Daniels was appointed President in 1984
and was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in
1989. Ms. Daniels’ focus on service, quality and customer
satisfaction is pivotal to the company’s growth and leadership
position in the General Aviation industry.
Ms. Daniels serves on the General Aviation Manufacturers Association
Board of Directors and formerly chaired both its Safety and Public
Affairs Committees. She is also an active member of the President’s
Advisory Board of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the San
Francisco based Academy of Art University’s Board of Directors. Ms.
Daniels earned her BA at the University of Colorado and is a graduate
of the Harvard Business OPM program. She earned her pilot’s license
in 1978 in order to fully appreciate the industry ATP serves.

Rich has been a successful President, COO and CEO of both private and public organizations in various industries and in both emerging and mature markets. He has demonstrated a proven track record with these organizations which were both centralized as well as decentralized operational environments.
At his most recent position as President of the Media Division of SourceForge Inc. (previously VA Software) he was able to grow revenues by 36% year over year and profits by approximately 27%. While increasing the user base of the network to over 33 million
unique users (now the largest technology network in the world), launching a new site; “Marketplace”, building out and refocusing the sales organization, as well as strengthening their
relationship with their partners and initiating a number of
very strategic alliances.
Rich’s combined experiences and successes at International Data Group (IDG), CNET and SourceForge, Inc. encompassed the following responsibilities; audience growth and acquisition, content development along with advertising and multiple revenue generating strategies. In addition to restructuring of the organizations, building out of technology infrastructures, acquisition and partnerships and developing key organizational strategies and visions. This made him an accomplished leader in the technology and internet space, in addition to becoming expertly adept at delivering and monetizing content and audience in both the online and print environments. He has accomplished this through organic growth strategies, partnerships, alliances and acquisitions.
He has an exemplary track record of building successful brands with outstanding teams that have increased valuations through EPS growth for shareholders.

Gregory Daly, ATP’s Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for the overall direction and management of technology and technology organizations for the company. Additionally Mr. Daly is responsible for production operations, including documentation library management and subscription fulfillment.
Mr. Daly has held a variety of executive and information and manufacturing technology-related positions through a career of over 20 years, providing extensive experience in software development, electronic and paper publishing, technology infrastructure management, program and project leadership and technology investment planning.
Prior to joining ATP, Mr. Daly served as IT Vice President at Gemstar – TV Guide where he was charged with technology strategy development, technology standardization, information and systems security and disaster recovery planning. Other senior positions he has held include Chief Information Officer for the New York Post where he was a member of the company’s management committee and had responsibility for all business and manufacturing systems. Prior to the New York Post, Mr. Daly was a technology and management consultant for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and Andersen Consulting, LLP.
Mr. Daly holds a BS degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS degree in Telecommunications and Computing Management from Polytechnic University.
