Administrative Assistant - 4 month Contract
Under the direction of the CFO, this position will provide administrative support to the CFO primarily and to the CTO and President as requested. Knowledgeable in the organization, operation and functions of a financial division. Assists Executive Assistant as required, providing back up and working in a collaborative manner. Manages travel arrangements for company and provides special project support upon request. Contributes as a team player to the Administration departmental goals.
Applications Analyst/Developer
ATP’s enterprise applications include subscription management and financials (GTS), CRM (SugarCRM), enterprise content management (LiveLink from OpenText), and other in-house developed Oracle-based applications. This position works closely with internal business unit managers to determine priorities, requirements specifications, project management, design, development and maintenance of various applications. You will also work closely with the Software Engineers to support the information needs required to deliver ATP’s software products. The skill set required is an optimal blend of business process knowledge, analysis, technical skills (development) and task/project management. Reports to the Manager, IT Applications.
Manager IT Infrastructure
Lead the IT Infrastructure Team in creating, updating and maintaining ATP’s technology infrastructure in support of ATP’s business activities. Major components of the infrastructure include servers, laptop/desktop, network, phones, mobile devices (e.g., smartphones and PDAs), email, backups, VPN, virtualization, and UPS. Reports directly to the CTO.
Software Engineer
Contribute towards the design, implementation and enhancing the industry leading NavigatorV software per the ATP product roadmap. Responsible for designing and building modules, features, and services for ATP’s commercial applications, such as NavigatorV, the leading software application in the General Aviation industry.
Production Temps. - 2 Openings!!
We have 2 immediate openings for temporary fulltime positions to help out in our Production department. These positions are scheduled to last up to 3 months. This extra help will free up skilled resources to work on new products.
These positions will perform a wide variety of duties and tasks including: Scanning, Copying,Basic clerical tasks, Collating, Stuffing envelopes, QCing addresses & labels,
Running labels. Required Skills: Computer literate, type 40 wpm, ability to operate basic office equipment, basic numerical and alpha filing capabilities, ability to follow instructions and work independently, ability to lift 15 pounds. Must have a valid work permit if a high school student. We will fully train.
