Chief Executive Officer
Charles Picasso's extensive leadership experience positions him to leverage the company's core competencies and lead the next generation of growth. Charles has a proven track record in managing industry-leading enterprise software companies, internet services, and business information service providers worldwide. This experience includes new ventures such as the development of Prime Computer Inc. in Europe from $2 million to $300 million within 9 years. Charles also managed the deployment of AT&T Internet Services in Europe resulting in $180 million revenue in 2 years.
Additionally, Charles has successfully managed three liquidity events:
- Sale of Digital Island, Inc. a leading provider of high-end, managed web hosting, private networking and Content Delivery Network (CDN) to Cable & Wireless for $340 million in 2003.
- Initial Public Offering of IHS, Inc. the premier provider of global market, industry and technical expertise, on the NYSE in 2005 with proceeds in excess of $246 million, and a concurrent $75 million private secondary sale to General Atlantic.
- Sale of Narus, Inc. one of the first venture backed companies to combine patented machine learning algorithms, automation and data fusion technologies to provide the incisive intelligence and control that network operators need to protect against cyber-threats and ensure information security; to The Boeing Company in 2011.

Chief Revenue Officer
Ken Aubrey leads all aspects of the company related to revenue generation, including Sales, Marketing and Business Development. As a high performing Sales Executive, Ken is recognized for transitioning high tech organizations into profitable, publicly owned companies. He has a proven track record of performance in creating highly motivated sales teams dedicated to achieving exceptional results by exceeding sales targets, driving increased revenue and market share. With over 25 years leadership experience, Ken excels at turning around underperforming business units, and leading businesses consistently to sales excellence with double digit growth year over year.
Chief Financial Officer
David Wittenkamp leads ATP's finance and HR teams. During his career in both the US and Europe he has been deeply involved in technology transformation ventures ranging from digital imaging over advanced telephony and big data actionable analytics. David has co-founded two successful companies of his own, building another four, and executed three very successful liquidity events. He is passionate about innovation, and execution and building international businesses. In addition to emerging companies he has worked at great enterprises including Ford, Motorola, IBM, EMC, Nokia, and Ericsson. He has headed up sales and marketing, done business development, software engineering, and manufacturing, and of course lots of finance, HR, and legal work. Born and raised in Denmark, doing business in Europe and Asia, and having lived in Silicon Valley since 1997, David is a well versed citizen of both tech and the world. He earned his Masters in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and served in the Danish armed forces earning the rank of Major. When not working he is a lifelong sailor and downhill skier.
SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development
Grant Hunter leads ATP's strategy, acquisition and partnership efforts, including strong collaboration with the product management organization. As an executive and consultant Grant is recognized for transforming corporate and product strategies through strong market engagement. As an executive at IHS, GE, Knovel and GS1 US he successfully built market-focused organizations that returned stalled product lines and divisions to growth through new products and strategies. Grant has 15+ years of leadership experience in the information and technology sector and specializes in helping mature companies and products return to growth through proactive engagement with customers and the market.
Vice President, OEM Sales
Ted Haugner leads the company's relationships with manufacturing partners. A seasoned sales executive and business development professional, Ted has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, and managing large enterprise sales organizations. Ted was promoted to the executive role in 2015 as the company looks to leverage its unique market position. As ATP's Global Director of Sales, he played an instrumental role in the company's growth. Previously, Ted was the Area Vice President for IKON Office Solutions for San Diego and Hawaii. As Area Vice President for Ricoh Americas Corporation, he had direct responsibility over a 500 employee organization responsible for $83M in annual revenues.
Director, Program Management Office
Paula Oles leads the company's PMO working with cross functional teams to drive seamless execution of key development activities and initiatives supporting ATP's strategic growth plans. Paula is an energetic and results driven leader bringing 15+ years of leadership experience from the digital publishing space. She has a proven track record of overseeing cross-functional teams responsible for implementation of large-scale technology solutions successfully launched across 13 global markets. Paula's tenacity for problem solving, facilitating collaboration and diligent execution oversight in difficult landscapes and during times of dramatic organizational change has been key to her success. She is deeply skilled in leveraging Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles to create an environment prune for collaboration with high function teams driven to challenge the status quo, drive process re-engineering and execute success.
Senior Director, Product Management
Victor Sanchez translates product strategy and vision into the company's roadmap focused on an optimized customer-centric experience delivering indispensable tools and services. Victor thrives at the intersection of technology, product, and design and is passionate about delivering experiences that amaze, delight, and solve tough customer problems. A coder by trade and design hack by night, Victor has delivered products and services used by tens of millions for brands like Car and Driver, Flying, Elle, Woman's Day, Genentech, Novartis, and Pearson for over a decade.
Senior Director, Platform Operations
Peter Jarvis leads all aspects of the company related to internal business and SaaS systems operations. As a technology leader with expertise scaling online applications, driving security, and leading teams towards cost effective business growth, Peter is recognized for transitioning teams, processes, and technology to the next level allowing for unhindered business growth. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Peter excels at building and retaining efficient technology teams as well as adapting and transforming processes that are inefficient into repeatable and scalable technology solutions.
Senior Director, Industry Engagement
Tim Taylor leads the company's global customer and industry association partnerships in addition to providing industry thought leadership to ATP's next generation growth strategy. Tim has over 35 years experience in the aviation, aerospace and defense industries, leading global strategic business development programs, customer integration and business transformation initiatives at Boeing – Digital Aviation, Jeppesen – A Boeing Company, IHS, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics. Tim has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a MS in Management from University of Alabama – Huntsville.
