Chief Executive Officer
Rick Noble was appointed CEO of ATP in June 2017, and has served on the company’s Board since October 2016. Rick has more than 35 years’ experience across data, content and software companies with a history of creating growth and improving customer satisfaction through product and service enhancements, digital transformation, new product development, and acquisitions. He has led several market leading digital publishing organizations over the course of his career, holding positions that include CEO of Triumph Learning and Haights Cross Communications, CEO of Blackboard Engage, CEO of Medical Media Holdings, and President & CEO of Thomson Healthcare. His non-executive Board roles have included NewsBank, Planet Cancer and Gold Standard Multimedia. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto and has completed executive education at UCLA and Harvard.
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Profit serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads all aspects of Product Management across the ATP product portfolios. Before joining ATP, Mike was Chief Product and Service Officer at WorkWave, an industry leader in field service management software. Prior to WorkWave, Mike was VP of Product Development at Systech, an anti-counterfeiting and supply chain software company and a General Manager for Symantec, where he led the growth of Symantec’s global partner business for website security product lines. He has held senior product roles in small and large software companies in the US and the UK where he focused and delivered on operational efficiencies, product management processes and bridging the gap between software concept and commercially successful solutions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science and a PhD in Evolutionary Biology, both from the University of London in the UK.
Chief Financial Officer
Ray has more than 25 years of accounting and financial experience, including key leadership roles at growth stage and private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining ATP, Ray served as the VP of Finance at FieldEdge, a rapidly growing provider of cloud-based mobile field services SaaS solutions backed by Search Fund Partners, which was subsequently acquired by Clearent, a portfolio company of private equity firm Advent International. Previously, Ray was the Controller for Position Logic, a leading provider of SaaS-based B2B location-based services, which was acquired by RACO Wireless, a portfolio company of Inverness Graham Investments. Ray is a licensed CPA and holds dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from Illinois State University.
Head of People
Catrona joined the company back in 1998 as one of the first team members and has held various roles within the company since her start. Catrona began her career at Atlantis Aerospace Corporation where she gained valuable experience within the HR field. As Head of People, Catrona is responsible for the talent management aspects of the business including strategic recruitment, onboarding programs, our performance management program, management training, office management, and human resource initiatives. Catrona plays an important role in shaping our corporate culture by strengthening relations between team members, managing job satisfaction, and promoting the organization’s values.
Chief Revenue Officer
Saima was most recently CRO for TechCanary, a SaaS InsurTech company offering an insurance platform on Salesforce. Saima led the effort in developing the go-to-market strategy, establishing and expanding into new markets for TechCanary’s platform, and growing revenue by 3X. Prior to joining TechCanary, Saima enjoyed 13 years of progressive experience at Salesforce from 2005 to 2018, where she was consistently placed in entrepreneurial high-growth divisions within the company. Most recently, as GM and Vice-President Financial Services, she created the Financial Services Team in Canada and then subsequently grew revenue 300% over her tenure. Saima has a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Minor in Computer Science from McGill University in Montréal.
Chief Marketing Officer
James joined the company in May 2019 from Benbria, a company offering a SaaS platform designed to help small and medium size businesses and enterprise brands enhance their customer’s experiences. Prior to Benbria, James held leading marketing roles at multiple companies in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean, including Simply Hired, Benecaid, and Morneau Shepell. He began his career at Dow Chemical. James has a BA from Concordia University in Montréal and has completed executive education in Marketing at both the University of Toronto and the Edinburgh (Scotland) School of Business.
Chief Strategy Officer
Greg Heine joined Flightdocs, now a part of ATP Software Solutions, in 2009 where he Greg led the Company’s sales, customer service, marketing, business development, and product management functions. Greg was instrumental in guiding the UI and UX design requirements of FD Enterprise and Operations. Durring his time as President of Flightdocs, Greg led product development and played a strategic role in building key partnerships, developing large fleet solutions, and fostering long-lasting OEM relationships. In 2020, with the acquisition of Flightdocs by ATP, Greg stepped into his new role as Chief Strategy Officer. Greg has in-depth experience working with all aircraft types, Part 91 – Part 135 operators, FBO, MRO, and OEM organizations and brings significant knowledge to the development of products and services for ATP’s customers and partners. Greg is a graduate of Bentley University, cum laude.
Senior Vice President of Software Engineering
Vinay joined the company in April of 2019, and is currently Senior Vice President of Software Engineering. Having brought with him many years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs in the financial services industry, Vinay is an avid techie always keeping up to date on the latest technology trends. Laser-focused on driving efficiencies and improving our business agility, Vinay and his team are allowing us to move at a pace our customers will greatly benefit from. Vinay studied Computer Science at the University of Ottawa and is now based at our new Toronto-area software development offices.
Senior Vice President of Services and Operations
Stephanie joined the company in 2013 and has held various positions within project management and professional services before becoming the Senior Vice President of Services and Operations. Prior to ATP, Stephanie worked at Atlantis Aerospace Corporation where she gained valuable experience in simulation and systems development as well as program management. As the VP of Professional Services and Customer Success, Stephanie focuses on improving processes to efficiently deliver customer projects and ensure that our customers successfully deploy, and realize the value of our products. Stephanie studied Engineering Science (Aerospace Option) at the University of Toronto.
Board and Advisory Team
Devin has twenty years of experience investing in technology companies and helping management teams build their companies. Prior to founding ParkerGale, Devin was a Managing Partner at Chicago Growth Partners where he ran their technology group. He studied Art History at SUNY Binghamton and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Devin supports Chicago’s visual arts community as a Board member of Threewalls and he also is a Trustee of Beacon Academy in Evanston, IL.
Ryan is a board member of ATP as well as a Founding Partner at ParkerGale, responsible for sourcing and monitoring investments. For the eight years prior to founding ParkerGale, he was a Principal at Chicago Growth Partners where he helped manage the technology investment sector. Prior to CGP, he spent two years at Robert W. Baird where he worked in investment banking. Ryan received a BS from Boston College and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management. Ryan supports Chicago youth engagement initiatives through his work with boxing charity The Bloc and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
Chris retired from full-time corporate service in 2017, after 50 years in the aviation industry working with TWA, Northwest Airlines, US Airways, and Triumph Precision Castings.
From 2005-2015, he was Chairman & CEO of TeamSAI Consulting. Following 10 years of steady growth with TeamSAI, the company was acquired by Oliver Wyman and merged with the CAVOK Group. This transaction brought together two of the largest and most capable consulting and technical advisory firms in aviation, creating a powerhouse of over 130 dedicated, full-time consultants and specialists who assist airlines, MRO providers, lessors, investors, airports and other stakeholders on mission critical issues surrounding certification, safety and operational performance, execution and investment.
On his retirement, he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from Aviation Week & Space Technology for his contribution to the industry.
Nezih brings more than 34 years of leadership experience to the board within the product development and engineering profession, of which he spent 6 years as the Vice-President of Product Development & Engineering with Intuit. In addition to Intuit, he helped to shape the product and engineering teams of several major US and Canadian companies including Thomson Financial, Nielsen, Digital Information Systems, Nestle, and Lawson Software, among others.
In 1984, he received the Nestle Enterprise International Award for heading up the 1st Client-Server Production & Cost Application Software on Digital Information Systems Hardware Platforms (DEC), using INGRES 4GL/Relational Database. This was eventually deployed to Nestle operations in more than 100 countries world-wide. Nezih has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Management from Middle East Technical University in addition to studies at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Toronto.
Founder, Technical Advisor
Phil is a co-founder of CaseBank Technologies Inc., currently known as ATP Software Solutions, and the originator of ATP’s SpotLight® and ChronicX product concepts. Retired in 2020, he continues to advise the company on new applications of the technology. His thirty-five years of aerospace experience includes eight years of hands-on aircraft maintenance, twenty years of technology innovation and development, and twenty-seven years of executive management.
He was also a co-founder of Atlantis Aerospace, which became Atlantis Systems International, where he led teams for product innovation, business development, and new product lines for the company for more than 20 years. He has diplomas in both avionics and aircraft maintenance.
Founder, Technical Advisor
Mark was a co-founder of CaseBank Technologies Inc., currently known as ATP Software Solutions, and architect of its SpotLight product family. He led software development, product design, and technical sales support as the company grew, culminating as VP R&D overseeing all technical and personnel aspects of CaseBank’s software development, quality assurance, and IT. Mark moved into the CTO role at ATP and was key to merging the companies’ technical operations. He continues to advise ATP on industry developments and competitive opportunities regarding AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Maintenance.
He has been a Certified Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers of Ontario for 25 years and obtained his B.A.Sc. with Honours in Engineering Science with an Aerospace Option from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Beletic is a former Air Force General with over 20 years of senior executive experience in all aspects of strategy, operations, and financial management. He has served a wide range of strategic military and defense roles including Strategist for the UAE Ministry of Defense, Director of Operations for the Canadian Air Force, Commander of a USAF Fighter Wing, chaired three Think Tanks, and served as President of Safety/Accident Investigation Boards. He currently works as a private consultant and as an USAF Adjunct Professor. His wealth of experience within military and defense ranges from commanding combat flying units to advocating aerospace requirements to the US Congress and leading the Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman’s Think Tank in formulating national strategy. He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Denver, a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
