Aircraft Technical Publishers (ATP) is looking for a NetSuite Analyst or Administrator with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. We need an individual who wants the benefits of working in a smaller company, namely the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business, create and improve processes, and work directly with the finance and sales teams to optimize NetSuite and related systems/applications. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working on multiple projects; is very detailed oriented; has a deep understanding of NetSuite both from a technical and user perspective; and is proactive, collaborative, and strong team player. This position is based in Brisbane, CA and reports directly to the Manager of Business Applications.


The NetSuite Analyst/Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, effective and reliable support to all users of NetSuite at both ATP and its Canadian-based subsidiary, CaseBank Technologies.

Duties include:
• Keeping NetSuite and integrated applications in good working order
• Maintaining external plugins including Avalara, Solupay, Expensify
• Managing multiple NetSuite system integrations using API’s
• User support
• Timely responses to data requests and system/process improvements
• Ensure NetSuite modules are upgraded and tested regularly utilizing the Sandbox

• Collaborate with users to create innovative solutions for new and enhanced business processes.
• Provide guidance, assistance, and training to all NetSuite users and follow-up to resolve complex data and business process problems.
• Develop and support reports using both saved searches and NetSuite reports.
• Coordinate deployment of any newly developed business processes and participate in the training of users.

• Strong knowledge of the full range of NetSuite and its modules. NetSuite certifications a plus.
• Ability to read and understand scripts that facilitate integration of functions and data between applications.
• Strong system-analyst knowledge of CRM, accounting and sales.
• Expert-level skills and extensive experience creating NetSuite saved searches and reports. Along with extensive knowledge of workflows and custom record types.
• Working knowledge of a Customer Support ticketing system a plus.
• Working knowledge of JIRA a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and have a proactive approach
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including ability to research and simplify complex issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player with problem solving skills and work with colleagues globally
• Must be organized, efficient and able to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain an excellent working relationship with department heads and be responsive to internal customer needs
• Occasional travel to Austin, Texas and Toronto, Canada
