Catrona joined the company back in 1998 as one of the first team members and has held various roles since her start.
Catrona began her career at Atlantis Aerospace Corporation where she gained valuable experience within the HR field.
As Chief People Officer, Catrona is responsible for the talent management aspects of the business including strategic recruitment, onboarding programs, our performance management program, management training, office management, and human resource initiatives.
Catrona plays an important role in shaping our corporate culture by strengthening relations between team members, managing job satisfaction, and promoting the organization’s values.
