With more than twenty years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, Chuck has architected, scaled and lead teams in B2B, B2C, start up, mid-stage and large organizations both public and private.
Most recently, Chuck lead the Go-To-Market practice for Arrowroot Capital, a global growth equity firm based in Santa Monica, CA focused on B2B software companies, where he was responsible for due diligence, growth acceleration and value creation within the portfolio.
His non-executive Board Director roles included: Parkhub, Cygilant, Hookit, BryterCX and Membersuite.
Prior to joining Arrowroot, Chuck was the VP of Sales at VelocityEHS, a cloud-based enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform company focused on safety and regulatory content and compliance, which he joined in 2007 and subsequently led the sales function through two exits, Actua Corporation (March 2012) and CVC Growth Capital, (December 2017).
Chuck is a past “Top 25 Most Influential” Sales Leader recipient and now a member of the advisory board for the AA-ISP Global Inside Sales Association. He graduated from Columbia College of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
