BONITA SPRINGS, Florida, Sep. 10, 2018 – Flightdocs, the leading provider of cloud-based aircraft maintenance tracking, compliance, and inventory management services, today announced that President, Greg Heine, has been selected for Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT) magazine’s 40 Under 40 Next Generation Maintenance Professionals Award. Heine and other honorees will be featured in the August/September issue of AMT magazine.
AMT annually recognizes 40 young professionals “who have a passion for aviation, whether it’s maintenance, education, executive management, general aviation, business aviation, rotorcraft, military, MRO or airline, they all love what they do and want to keep improving themselves and the industry.”
Heine joined Flightdocs in 2009 and has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, which has averaged 30 percent each year. During this time, he rapidly progressed through multiple roles within the organization, with focus on operations, customer support, sales, marketing and new product development. He played a major role in developing the company’s signature product, Flightdocs Enterprise, which was released in 2016. Today, his primary focus is finding strategic growth opportunities, he said, and that takes him back to his product development roots.
“We’ve had great success by delivering new technology into the hands of our customers,” Heine said. “We are continually re-investing in the development of new products, features and functions that can significantly drive efficiency throughout a flight operation. We have a number of developments underway that are really exciting and will help fuel our aggressive plans for growth in the future.”
