Aircraft at Maximum Range Alert
This alert will trigger when a trip leg is slated to travel farther than an Aircraft’s Maximum Range specification.
Assigning the trip to an aircraft with a greater maximum range specified or updating the trip leg to a shorter flight will remove the alert.
Duty Time Conflict Alert
This alert will trigger when personnel is assigned to a trip that will be in progress during their mandatory rest period.
As shown in the screenshot below, this Crew Member has been scheduled for a trip during their rest period.
Purple indicates Rest Period, Green indicates Planned Duty Day, and Light Green indicates additional Duty Day available after Planned Duty Day would end. Current Duty Day can be managed per Personnel, by the Personnel, on the mobile app by ending the current Duty Day and updating the start and/or end time if necessary.
Maximum Passengers on Aircraft Alert
The Maximum Passengers for any aircraft can be specified on the Aircraft Detail.
Updating the trip so it has fewer Passengers or increasing the Max Passengers for an Aircraft will remove the alert.
To remove this alert, update the trip so it has fewer passengers or increase the maximum passenger specification for the aircraft.
Flight Log Time Meter Variance
This alert will trigger when a Flight Log for an Aircraft using a time type of Time Meter or Tach & Hobbs has a meter start value that does not equal the preceding Flight Log meter end value or a meter end value that does not equal the following Flight Log meter start value. Alerts will also show if there is an overlap in the End Time of Previous Flight Logs or End Time with future Flight Logs.
Updating either of the conflicting Flight Logs so that there is a concurrent meter end and meter start value will remove the alert.
Incomplete Crew Roster Alert
This alert will be triggered when a trip or hold has a minimum requirement set for any roles and personnel are not assigned to those required roles.
The minimum required roles for aircraft can be specified on the Aircraft Detail.
Updating the assigned Aircraft’s minimum requirement for roles or assigning Personnel to the minimum required roles will remove the alert.
You can remove this alert by updating the assigned aircraft’s minimum requirement for roles or by assigning personnel to the minimum required roles alert.
