BONITA SPRINGS, Florida, April 30, 2019 – Bonita Springs company Flightdocs was named as one of the Sun Sentinel’s 2019 South Florida Top Workplaces last week. Employing over 80 people, Flightdocs is the aviation industry’s leading provider of cloud-based aircraft maintenance tracking, and inventory, and flight operations management services.

“It’s an honor to be included in South Florida’s best places to work,” said Flightdocs President Greg Heine. “Flightdocs has grown rapidly over the last few years and we plan on continuing that growth far into the future. Our biggest strength is our employees. We rely on our team members to deliver, and we foster an environment that gives them the tools and resources to execute on that every day.”

The Sun Sentinel identified the region’s top workplaces through an extensive anonymous survey highly encouraging open and honest feedback. Employees from each department weighed in on their level of satisfaction with their environment, peers, and the company’s direction.

“When I first started at Flightdocs, I was on the front lines of customer service doing data entry,” said Flightdocs Vice President of Operations Steve Tubbs. “The excitement of what Flightdocs was moving towards and the passion and dedication of the team around me was palpable. I felt my strengths were cultivated from the get-go and I feel respected and deeply appreciated here. Now, I lead all of operations and am able to provide the same opportunities to others I received.”

Flightdocs is experiencing rapid growth with many new positions, from analysts to UI/UX designers and web, mobile, and API developers, for talented and creative professionals interested in a career where their ideas and innovation are embraced.

Based in Bonita Springs, Florida since its inception in 2003, Flightdocs produces a software suite providing a comprehensive, fully-integrated solution for both fixed wing and rotorcraft flight department's maintenance tracking, inventory control and operations functions. The company’s customers include Fortune 1000 corporate flight departments, air charters, air medical providers, fractional aircraft operators, government agencies, management companies and regional carriers.
